Don't go through birth without support! As a doula, I will help you make informed decisions throughout your birth no matter what type of birth plan you choose. Whether you are at home or in the hospital it is important to have a plan and I will help guide you to call in the birth of your dreams, while also supporting you in the birth that actually unfolds. We will make sure you have a support plan in place for postpartum and at some point in the first two weeks after birth we will process the experience together.
