In your first visit we do a deep dive into your health history and uncover what is ready to be transformed.  After setting goals for our time together you will receive a nervous system resetting acupuncture treatment and depending on what is needed some possible adjunct therapies like cupping, massage, and possible herbal or supplement prescriptions.
